Introduction of livestock manure granulator
The SKJ series livestock manure granulator is good for press
different kind of materials into columnar shape pellets, it is
mainly suing for making grass type animal feed pellet making,
organic fertilizer pellet making, and small capacity wood pellets
making.
The livestock manure granulator working principle, the motor power
is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission mechanism, and
the main shaft drives the die to rotate; the material rotates with
the die and is forced to be squeezed between the die and the
roller, under the above action mechanism, the livestock manure
material is continuously pressed into the holes of the flat die,
and finally pressed from the die hole to form columnar type
pellets, which are finally rolled out from the discharging port
through the material discharging device.

should be after fermentation. raw materials moisture less than 30%.
The chicken manure granulator can make different diameter size of
pellets from diameter 2mm to 10mm, by change the machine inside
flat die, but other parts no need change. The output livestock
manure fertilizer pellets with columnar shape, and if you want to
making ball like pellets, we can provide the ball shaper machine to
connecting with the flat die pellet machine. Which can process the
columnar type pellets into small ball type pellets.
