Mchine with vertical double layer ring die structurer, the inner
ring die verticall installed on the biomass pellet mill, with 2
layers, one ring die can using 2 times, saving the running cost for
the wood pellet mill.
This 90KW vertical ring die wood pellet machine have 2 pcs Big
rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big
part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood
pellet machine working more stable.
Vertical ring die wood pellet machine with automatical lubircating
system, can lubricating the main shaft bearing and the roller
bearing automatically. can make the machine no stop continually
working, low maintenance ratio.
This vertical type ring die wood pellet machine is good for press
difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example,
hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, sunflower husk,
peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem,
bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other
biomass materials.
